Discover UA01 — Fraud Card-Not-Present

Discover treats UA01 as pure fraud in a card-not-present environment. Evidence must establish the cardholder's participation in the sale.

Required evidence

1. AVS and CVV2 verification results
   Core Discover requirement to show card data was verified at authorization.

2. Proof of delivery with signature or photo
   Links the merchandise to the cardholder's physical address.

1. Account login and purchase history
   Demonstrates the purchaser authenticated into the cardholder's account.

2. 3-D Secure authentication record
   Where available, a successful 3DS shifts fraud liability to the issuer.
